I wanted to recast the “gentle sheep” as a traveler who isn’t herded—she chooses her own road. Bold color blocks and clean contours hold the rush of wind in a flying scarf and tuck a wink of humor behind sunglasses. The hot pink–orange contrast borrows from my favorite road movies and Italian poster palettes—light, decisive, a little dramatic. She isn’t dressed to be cute; she’s beautiful for the sake of freedom. I also left broad areas open for coloring, so you can swap hues on the scarf and shades and paint your own rhythm and route into the piece.
